An independent consultant and former agency recruiter providing a bespoke recruitment solution for skills gaps or hard to fill roles. I pride myself on finding the right person or people for the role and hope that repeat business will come due to candidates being promoted or business expansion. I will advise an organisation on the best options for them and will work on a project
basis, day rate or contingency.
I predominantly work with candidates who are from disadvantaged or hard to reach groups which include ex-offenders, care leavers, unemployment, ex forces as these individuals are more likely to stay with an employer once engaged and generally have all the skills required by an employer but are perhaps lacking in confidence. I also have experience of setting up and managing apprentice programmes and traineeships which can lead to either apprenticeships or employment. I don’t provide training but work with a number of organisations who provide general and sector specific training. In addition to the recruitment, I provide pastoral support for those who need extra support during the early days.
