Having qualified in art therapy, the arts play a core part in how I work and I use a range of different art forms in the course of my sessions. I also introduce a range of different therapy models, including person-centred counselling, CBT and EMDR, where necessary to help my clients achieve the best results.
Much of my work comes from self-referrals, however, I also work closely with insurance companies, medical companies and Employment Assistance Schemes (EAPs) to deliver targeted and measurable assistance to patients.
In addition to direct therapeutic support, I also offer training, consultation on mental health issues (personal and organisational) and creative workshops on an individual, group and company basis.
I am interested in how physical and psychological symptoms tie together and am in the process of establishing a holistic therapy and well-being service in the borough.
